ABOUT

Hello Friends,

Thank you for your interest in our company.

From our humble beginnings in Northern California, Winning Ways was created with an unparalleled vision—to set exemplary standards in marketing operations and overall business practices within our industry.

In the year 2009, it was not an easy time to start any business, especially in California. It was a period marked by a sluggish economy and a global recession. Our industry was struggling due to banking instability, which led to a lack of funding for the sale of VOI (Vacation Ownership Interests). The timeshare business was shrinking, not expanding, and there was a general shortage of work.

We opened Winning Ways with God-centered beliefs and principles, beginning by servicing outreach programs both locally and regionally. It wasn’t easy—we had to find other jobs to support ourselves during that time. But we stuck with it, and eventually, as the global market began to improve, so did we. The blessings from God began to shine.

We also understood that building and maintaining strong business relationships during challenging times was vital. We knew we had to support one another, and from that, we created the “Win-Win” mantra that we stood by and thrived on.

We started to grow—and grow we did. We expanded from one county to eight states and the U.S. Virgin Islands! These were exciting times. Along the way, we established incredible partnerships with organizations such as Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Six Flags Entertainment Group, the Sacramento Kings, Stanford University, and many more. Our staff family grew from just one to over 70 employees. We opened several offices and warehouses to efficiently distribute services to our partners.

During our expansion, we firmly believed in strong leadership grounded in solid core principles. It was important to us to cultivate skill sets and values in our leaders. From there, we invested in building a superior work culture. We believed it wasn’t enough to simply offer a job—we wanted to create a place our team could call home. A place where they enjoyed what they did and recognized the difference they made.

To be very blunt, I wanted us to set the global operating standard and be a steward in the OPC business!

We are grateful for our background and beginnings. We are exceptionally proud of our team, our business partnerships, and we are excited about what the future holds—because it is in God’s hands.
